In case of cancellation of the taxi, your money will be refunded to you according to our cancellation policy. Please read it carefully before confirming or cancelling the tour.

Following is the detail of our refund scheme in case of cancellation of the trip or taxi:

1. Before a week of starting of tour: 100% of amount paid will be refunded. No charge will be deducted for the cancellation.

2. 1 week before starting of your tour: 50% of the amount will be refunded. Half of the advance payment amount will be deducted as cancellation charge.

3. 3 days before starting of your tour: 30% of the amount will be refunded. 70% of the advance payment amount will be deducted as cancellation charge.

4. Day before or same day of tour commencement: No refund.

5. Cancellation after the day of commencement of tour: You won’t be refunded if you cancel the taxi on or after the day of starting of tour.

6. There will be no refund in case the taxi faces technical or mechanical issues during tour.

7. No refund in case of sightseeing being restricted as a result of natural calamities such as landslides, earthquake, heavy rainfall or snowfall and any other possibilities which are beyond our control.

8. Token money will not be refunded in any case.

9. You’ll be refunded within 15 days from the date of acceptance of your cancellation request.
