Rates of the taxi depends upon the distance, fuel charges, No. of days and type of taxi you are hiring.
Our booking amount is 20% of the total price of the taxi. You have to clear the rest of the amount i.e. 80% of the taxi cost in between your trip.
No, you don’t have to pay anything extra than the mentioned rate in the package we’ll share with you over mail.
No. The price will be inclusive of drivers allowances that will cover his food, wages and accommodation during the tour.
Yes you can. But we suggest you not to modify the itinerary in between your trip as it will attract extra charges payable on the spot.
We only provide taxi as per the itinerary discussed before the finalisation of tour. No travel insurance is included with our service. Also, North India Taxi is not responsible for any damage to the belongings of the traveller.
In case you decide to cancel the taxi before starting of your tour, you’ll be refunded as per our cancellation policy.
We accept a range of online payment methods namely, card payment, bank transfers, UPI, QR payments.
Once your taxi is confirmed with us after the advance payment, you’ll be provided with taxi and driver details 2 days before the starting of your tour.
Sometimes it is difficult to provide the said taxi in the peak season time (April-June & Dec-Jan). In such case, we’ll provide you similar category taxi if not the same.
In case the taxi you’ve hired faces any technical issues in between your trip, we’ll arrange a similar taxi for you on the spot. North India Taxi will not give any refund in case of technical or mechanical issue with the taxi.
Yes you can but in case you decide to terminate the taxi service in between your trip, no relaxation will be given in the total amount. You have to pay the rest of the amount as per the reservation voucher we’ll share with you.
